6.The Botanic

Gone are the days of long debates over where to eat because The Botanic has got all types of foodies covered – be it vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or carnivorous. 7.NOX Dine in the Dark

Sitting in a completely dark room, with no people watching or technology to distract you (all personal belongings are locked away downstairs), you’ll find that you actually talk. Be it your first or thirtieth Valentine’s Day together, NOX connects you like no other restaurant can.

The food is served in little easy-to-manage bowls and the menu changes every few weeks based on seasonality and availability. Four different samples are served for entrée, main and dessert (the three-course menu is $88 per person) and you can choose to match each course with wine, cocktails or mocktails (pairings start from $30).

As there are no menus to pore over and the kitchen is making the same dishes for everyone in the restaurant (dietary requirements are also catered for), the service is quick and efficient. Adding to the fun factor is debating with your date over what you think you’re eating. And, if you really like it, feel free to lick the bowl – after all, no one can see!

8.Frieda Restaurant

Just opened in January 2019, the botanical-themed German restaurant Frieda lets you enjoy al fresco dining in the sweet comfort of air-conditioning as it is a whimsical German bistro-bar.

10.Preludio
